The 2017 NCTCA Spring Conference and Educational Workshops to be held at Harrah's Cherokee Resort in Cherokee NC. Two days of Pre-Conference Workshops and two optional social events precede the Spring Conference, which will be held from May 3-5.

Again this year, registration should now be done online using the CVENT site. Please use the link above for all registrations. Each person must register individually, and the online registration does allow for payment by credit card or check. Attendees are encouraged to use the online payment if your jurisdiction has that capability, however if you are paying by check please provide your finance office with the new payment information. All checks must be made payable to NCTCA Spring Conference and mailed to the following address. Please include registrants name with payment. Registration and Sponsorship Opportunities for Exhibitors should use the same site and select those options, rather than regular attendee options.

Special Notes
- Conference registration includes conference, President’s Reception, Network Luncheon, Banquet, Friday breakfast buffet, and refreshment breaks.
All participants are required to pick up their own packets as this will be proof of attendance for Collectors obtaining credit hours. - Guest registration fee includes name badge, admission to President Reception, Network Luncheon, and Banquet.

Refunds will be honored, less a $50 processing fee, only if received in writing by TBA. - Badges and Conference Material Pickup
Conference materials can be picked up at the Conference Registration Desk during times listed on the agenda for Registration. Badges must be worn to all functions.
Special Events:
- The President’s Reception will be held poolside at the hotel on Wednesday from 6:00-7:30 pm.
- Network Luncheon will be held on Wednesday from 12:00-1:30 pm allowing the opportunity to meet with peers and vendors.
- Banquet will be held on Thursday night starting at 7:00pm, where those who have received NCTCA certifications will be recognized and the evening capped off with the naming of the 2017 Tax Collector of the Year award. Pre-Banquet Social runs from 6:00-7:00pm in the Pre-Function Area.
- Breakfast Buffet: As a part of our closing ceremony for the conference a breakfast buffet will be provided on Friday morning from 8:30-9:15 am.
